Cork’s Smarttech247 lists on AIM exchange following direct IPO after rejecting reverse takeover plan

Smarttech247, a Cork-based cybersecurity company, has been admitted to London’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM) after raising £3.67 million (€4.26 million) in a placing that gives the firm a market capitalisation of £36.8 million (€42.7 million).

The company was admitted to the exchange on Thursday after placing 12,385,828 new ordinary shares at 29.66 pence per share.
