John Collison, the Stripe co-founder, and Des Traynor, the Intercom co-founder, have both participated in a $20 million fundraiser for Papercup, a British start-up which has developed an artificial intelligence-powered platform that can dub videos into other languages.

The oversubscribed Series A round was led by Octopus Ventures with broadcaster Sky and Guardian Media Ventures among the other investors.
