ActionPoint: Irish businesses behind on digital transformation

Some 63 per cent of firms don’t even have a digital skills plan in place, research finds

New research from ActionPoint, a managed IT services provider, has found that 90 per cent of Irish businesses are behind on their digital transformation journey.

“It’s not too surprising because we were looking for advanced capabilities. What it did show however is that only 52 per cent are purposeful, which means Ireland is pretty average when it comes to digital transformation,” David Jeffreys, chief executive and co-founder of ActionPoint told Connected.
