Social media influencer secures €50,000 expansion fund

Dundalk make-up artist Keilidh Cashell received €50,000 from peer-to-peer lender Linked Finance

Social media influencer Keilidh Cashell has secured a €50,000 investment to expand her business.

The Dundalk make-up artist has a large following on Instagram, with more than half a million followers. She also has 180,000 subscribers on YouTube, where she posts make-up tutorials and other lifestyle content.

Last week, Cashell’s firm posted on the website of the Irish peer-to-peer lender Linked Finance that she was seeking a 24-month loan of €50,000 to “expand her business model”....
