Brian Ash and Jim Nash of Wild Atlantic Distillery spent 18 months developing their new gin.

Jim Nash and Brian Ash spent 18 months developing their new Wild Atlantic Irish Gin before finally deciding on a recipe they were both happy to bring to market.

Nash describes the newly-launched spirit as a citrus gin featuring bitter orange, fresh lime and a hint of dillisk for added saltiness.
