Co-founders ‘went through 40 recipes’ before settling on one
Jim Nash and Brian Ash spent 18 months developing their new Wild Atlantic Irish Gin before finally deciding on a recipe they were both happy to bring to market.
Nash describes the newly-launched spirit as a citrus gin featuring bitter orange, fresh lime and a hint of dillisk for added saltiness.
