Online investment start-up wins over its future chief executive

Omnium Investment Platform connects financial advisers and wealth managers to clients, and clients to their investment portfolios

When Christopher Ovenden signed Omnium Investment Platform as a client five years ago, the Leeds native liked the Dublin start-up so much he went on to become its chief executive.

As a relationship manager at Pershing, an investment company owned by BNY Mellon, the 48-year-old first came across Omnium five years ago.

“I signed Omnium as a client at that point in time and they then went live in 2015,” he said.
