Two decades after she first opened the doors to her Pilates studio in south-east Dublin, Eva Berg has taken her business online, offering flexible classes and home workouts to remote participants in Ireland and beyond.

Berg opened The Secret Pilates Studio in Rathmichael in 2000. The 53-year-old, born in Dublin and brought up in Dubai, first came across the low-impact exercise in the early 1990s while she was working in Norway as a personal trainer.
