Ciara Garvan was well ahead of the flexible working trend when, three years ago, she launched WorkJuggle, an online job platform for skilled professionals looking for alternatives to the nine-to-five work routine.

Garvan set up the website in Dublin on foot of her own experience juggling a corporate career with family life and an hour-long daily commute from her home in Malahide to her office in Sandyford.
