Software by Irish analytics firm Kong powers social media campaigns for Taylor Swift and Kanye West

Robert Kelly, the chief executive of Kong, ramps up the Dublin company’s plans for overseas expansion.

Social media campaigns for hundreds of artists managed by Universal Music Group – among them Taylor Swift, Kanye West and Lewis Capaldi – are being managed through software developed in Ireland by Kong Analytics.
