Irish cyber security firm cracks Britain with Metagdim purchase

Integrity360 reported year-on-year growth of 53 per cent in 2016 with turnover increasing from €24.5m to €37.5m

Cyber-security firm Integrity360 has acquired Metadigm, a British company with offices in London and Birmingham, following a €13 million rise in revenues.

Integrity360 reported year-on-year growth of 53 per cent in 2016 with turnover increasing from €24.5 million to €37.5 million.

Metadigm is the company’s first British acquisition. In business for more than 20 years, it has 15 staff and projected revenues of €3.4 million for 2017.
