With Baileys Original Irish Cream recently celebrating the sale of its two billionth bottle, Johnny Harte has plans to shake up the market dominated by the 45-year-old brand.

His Five Farms Irish cream liqueur contains 10 per cent triple-distilled Irish whiskey and single batches of fresh cream from five farms in west Cork. It was launched on the Irish market in October 2018.
