Circle of Light, a fibre-based drinks producer, has a pipeline of 20 products in development to follow up the launch of its first three in hundreds of Irish stores.

The Donegal-based company was founded by Dr Sarah Kelly, who has a PhD in clinical exercise physiology and was formerly director of the undergraduate sports science and health degree in the DCU School of Health and Human Performance.
