Boulevard poised to reap rewards from cross-border shopping trend
The Co Down retail centre has added a new roof and an eight-screen cinema in recent times to lure more shoppers northwards
With recent research by AA Rescue showing that 10 per cent of consumers in the Republic would travel north of the border to shop for Christmas this year, the Boulevard in Co Down is benefiting from the seasonal trend.
The outlet centre outside Banbridge is home to 55 retailers, including Crew Clothing Company and Levi’s, both of which opened in the past two months.
