Dermot Daly started creating apps for fun in 2009. Ten years on, his company employs 25 people.

Tapadoo develops apps for iOS and Android phones and has a heavy focus on fintech, medtech and pharmaceutical projects. Clients include Payzone, PrepayPower, Bio-medical Research and Realex Payments.

Daly set up the company in 2009, when Apple had just released a kit allowing software developers to build iPhone apps for the first time.
