O’Keeffe has expansion plans for Sugar Culture

Hair and beauty group aims to build on Frascati Centre expansion and promote Sugar Rush express service

Sugar Culture group owner Mark O’Keeffe has plans to grow the hair and beauty business next year following its expansion into the revamped Frascati Centre in Blackrock in south Dublin.
