Kildare Village-style €100m retail hub proposed for Cork

The retail village is expected to create 850 jobs.

A €100 million retail centre similar to Kildare Village has been proposed for the outskirts of Cork city.

The retail village would be built at Killacloyne, Carrigtwohill and would create 850 jobs.

Rioja Estates, a British specialist in designer and factory outlets, has made a formal submission for the project.
