Investment firm Cantor Fitzgerald is set to acquire Blackwater Retail Park for €21.5 million on behalf of a group of private clients.

Retail developer Eamonn Duignan’s Lexeme Properties is advising on the deal, which is being done through a tax-efficient QIAIF (qualifying investor alternative investment fund) vehicle, according to the investor prospectus.

The Co Meath retail park is being sold by Elliott & Co in an unleveraged debt-free transaction.
