Not one to rest on his laurels during the Covid-19 related lockdown, the Irish owner of One Berlin, a German-based apartment developer and real estate adviser for investors acquiring German property, used the downtime to buy and employ the best in real estate technology and Germanic space-saving efficiency to renovate a terraced residence on Newtownpark Avenue in Blackrock in South Co Dublin.
