Work paying off at former Sandyford industrial estate
Planning permission has been granted for more than 110,000 square metres of new office developments following the launch of the Sandyford Business Improvement District Company

BHR Developments Limited last month submitted a planning application to develop more than 36,600 square metres of offices in four buildings at this 4.27 acre site formerly known as the FAAC site in Sandyford. Last year the site was sold for more than €10 million through Knight Frank. The price was well below the €110m that was paid for a five acre site including this site during the boom.
