Irish property fund Iput has made public its plans for a landmark office development on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay in Dublin 2, which is bound to attract a high level of interest.

The fund is restoring the one remaining original warehouse at nos 30-32 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, which was used from 1892 for the importation of tropical fruit to Ireland.
