Over the last year, all of the Irish unit linked funds have added properties to their portfolios

Unit linked funds, which offer smaller Irish investors hassle-free options for investing in commercial property, have been actively buying in the Irish market during the last two years. These include Aviva, Friends First, Irish Life, New Ireland and Standard Life.
