Trend is for fewer but bigger deals

The trend this year was for fewer but larger deals in the property market, with overseas investors accounting for 70 per cent of activity.

2019 was another active year for the Irish property market, with strong activity levels, despite external disruptions.

Investments wise, 2019 will be the largest ever year with close to €5.5 billion trading. This surpasses the previous peak of €4.6 billion in 2014.
