Featuring immersive experiences, playful collaborations and dazzling installations from the cream of the international design community, this year’s Milan Design Week was an astonishing feast for the senses

Milan Design Week, the equivalent of the Oscars in the design industry and arguably the largest design exhibition in the world, was a wonderland of magical installations, inventive collaborations and playful products this year. The show, now in its 57th year, ran over six days last month from a trade centre or series of enormous exhibition halls on the fringes of Milan and also throughout the city - often in ‘borrowed’ landmark buildings, and in satellite exhibition venues.
