A new survey of retirees has found that the lack of a garden and insufficient space to entertain friends are the main stumbling blocks to downsizing

A garden and enough room to entertain family and friends are the top dealbreakers when it comes to retirees considering downsizing in Ireland. That’s according to a nationwide survey commissioned by Dublin-based investment management firm, Lotus Investment Group, and carried out by Dublin based research firm, iReach.
