‘Technology is an opportunity, not a threat’ says construction sector expert

‘Proptech’, a buzzword that has been percolating through the real estate sector for the past year, has been described as a “disruptive” and “innovative” force in the commercial and construction sectors. But to those working in the building industry, those terms have positive, rather than negative, connotations.
