Tech still outperforming financial services in Dublin office market

The technology sector remains top of the pile in terms of office space in the capital, but its share of the market fell from 56 per cent to 34 per cent in Q2, while there was a notable increase in activity among financial services firms

Preliminary figures analysed by the offices division at Colliers show take-up in the Dublin office market to have reached 44,990 square metres in Q2 2022, almost on a par with the 44,610.5 square metres leased in Q1.
