Supply still struggling to keep up with demand

High demand and a strong economy are good news for Dublin’s housing market, but the number of units being built is still falling short

The Dublin residential market continued to be defined by a high level of demand in 2018 supported by a strong economy and a favourable demographic profile. However, the strong levels of demand continue to contrast sharply with developments on the supply side of the market.
