Strong activity as Dublin office take-up increases
Currently 280,000 square metres of office space under construction
The year-end take-up for office space in 2015 totalled 266,333 square metres for the last 12 months. This is way ahead of expectations and is just shy of the annual record in 2007 of 276,067 square metres.
The take-up was boosted by strong activity in the last quarter of 2015, when almost 100,000 square metres of take-up occurred across 64 deals. This is an increase of 62 per cent from the previous quarter.
