Spike in value of new construction projects

Building Information Index estimates the leap a €1.12 billion, or 44 per cent

The value of new construction projects in the first half of 2016 amounted to around €3.6 billion, according to data compiled by two research organisations, the Building Information Index (BII) and Construction Information Services (CIS).

BII estimates this as a €1.12 billion, or 44 per cent, increase compared to the same period in 2015.
