The development firm Castlepark has decided to sell its Scotch House office building on Burgh Quay in Dublin city centre, following receipt of full planning permission for a refurbishment and extension. Agent QRE is guiding €21.5 million.
Lafferty Architecture has designed the revamp, which would add 9,500 square feet by the extension of the existing floor plates and the construction of two new penthouse floors at fifth and sixth floor levels.
