Sale of Suite 1 at Cubes, Beacon South Quarter

Agent TWM has completed the sale of Suite 1, the Cubes Offices in Sandyford’s Beacon South Quarter Development in south Co Dublin on behalf of receiver Tom Kavanagh of Deloitte.

The modern office suite extending to 227.7 square metres was sold with vacant possession for €605,000, some 15 per cent above its original quoted asking price of €525,000. (The sale price equates to €247 per square foot.)
