CBRE has appointed Kyle Rothwell as head of its Investment Properties division. Rothwell has more than 15 years of experience and is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Rothwell, who previously worked at CBRE, returned to the property firm four years ago, following a successful stint as a director at Key Capital Real Estate, where he specialised in loan acquisitions and restructuring solutions.
