Ronan strikes deal with Facebook for 25-year lease at Fibonacci square

The property is tipped to be one of Dublin’s most prestigious office locations, set on existing parklands with a tree-lined perimeter within which will sit two buildings in a sunken garden plaza

Fibonacci Icav, a joint venture company between Johnny Ronan’s Ronan Group Real Estate (RGRE) and investment vehicles managed by Colony Capital, has agreed a 25-year lease agreement with Facebook for the entirety of its Fibonacci Square office development in Ballsbridge in Dublin 4.

It is understood the lease incorporates a break option at the end of 15 years, and the deal represents the largest single office letting in the history of the state.
