Official figures show that house price growth across the country slowed for the sixth month in a row in October.

Prices of homes and apartments were 8.4 per cent higher than in October last year, according to the Central Statistics Office. This compares with 8.5 per cent in September and the 2018 peak of 13.3 per cent in April.
