When one door closes another often opens, and the decision by real estate agent Savills to scale back its residential estate agency business in Dublin North provided Paul Grimes, managing director of REA Grimes, with an opportunity to fill the void and take over Savills’ residential branch in Clontarf.

The move brings the REA Grimes branch network to four and its employees to 34.
