Summit on alternative mortgage rules

Ipav, the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers, will host a summit in Dublin on Wednesday week, November 4, at Chartered Accountants House on Pearse Street to debate a new system of valuing property, that doesn’t exist in Ireland but is popular in Spain, Germany, Portugal and the Czech Republic.
