New Rathfarnham retail scheme sold to French firm for €10.14m

A new retail development at White Pines on Stocking Avenue in Rathfarnham in Dublin 16 has been sold by Ardstone to Iroko Zen, a new entrant to the Irish investment market, for more than €10 million.
