Meet the Gallerist: Oliver Sears

The owner of the eponymous gallery on Fitzwilliam Street Upper in Dublin looks back at his life in art

1. What (and when) kickstarted your interest in art?

In my early teens I wanted to be an artist, but discovered that I really didn’t have enough talent to develop a career as an artist. Nonetheless, I was still fascinated by the visual world and, growing up in London, had some of world’s great public collections and contemporary art galleries to feed my nascent imagination.
