A relatively quiet third quarter could lead to a congested fourth quarter
Q3 started with 135 investment properties on the market with a combined asking price of €880 million, just over a third of which was sale agreed. September is often a congested month for new stock launching and during the summer a lot of stock was expected. Surprisingly, the bulk of this did not hit the market until late September, which may lead to a congested fourth quarter.
