International law firm Walkers, which is based in the Cayman Islands, has signed a lease to occupy almost 1,860 square metres (20,000 square feet) of office space in the Exchange building in the IFSC in Dublin.
The move means Walkers is doubling its Dublin office space to accommodate a growing headcount, relocating from 930 square metres (some 10,000 square feet) in the nearby Anchorage building on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay.
