Landmark Horgan Quay project nets first office tenant

Service office provider Space is the first office tenant of Cork city’s €160 million Horgan’s Quay development. A subsidiary of Belgian serviced office multinational IWG, Space has agreed to pre-let 2,787 square metres in one of three office blocks under construction. The deal was negotiated by Savills with HQ Developments – a joint venture between Clarendon Properties and BAM.
