Those who cynically hoard land banks and derelict/vacant sites must be penalised financially
In my years of studying property there is one theme that consistently recurs: that of land. More specifically, the issue of land that can be developed. But what we do have is a shortage of zoned land, and more specifically, zoned land that can be readily used or sold.
