Irish shopping centre rents among highest in Europe
At an average of €3,100 per square metre, Ireland's more expensive than even Paris
Accelerating recovery in the Irish property market has pushed rents and yields in some sectors to among the most expensive in Europe, according to the latest Knight Frank report. It also shows that Ireland was one of only seven European countries to show growth in investment activity in the first nine months of this year, with €3.1 billion in deals.
