The growth rate for Ireland’s property investment market strongly outperformed that of Europe in the 12 months to the beginning of October, according to research compiled by BNP Paribas Real Estate for The Sunday Business Post.

On an annual rolling basis, the volume of investment in Ireland is up by 32 per cent year-on-year to €3.4 billion. This compares with a 2 per cent growth rate for Europe to €265 billion.
