Interest in Dublin’s green belt farmland
Knight Frank has recently sold three separate agricultural land holdings in Co Meath and in North Co Dublin.
The first property comprises 25 acres at Platin, which is located 4kms from the village of Duleek, 5km from Drogheda Town Centre and 45km north of Dublin City.
The lands are about 1km from Junction 8 of the M1 motorway and 35km from Dublin Airport. Appointed by receivers Duff & Phelps, Knight Frank secured in excess of €12,000 an acre via a private treaty campaign.
