Innovative new office development by Oakmount in Dublin 8 hotspot

Sixty-One Thomas Street is a new statement building currently being developed by developers Oakmount.

The scheme is located in Dublin 8, which is witnessing a wave of new activity at present, including the National Children’s Hospital, Diageo’s St James Quarter (SJQ), three new hotels under construction by Aloft, Maldron and Sheraton, and new student accommodation developments such as Binary Hub and Uninest being delivered.
