This US company says it can predict house price trends

I have said for some time that house prices will rise and that we’ll have a crash in the early-to-mid 2020s. This is based on academic research, practitioner understanding and gut instinct.

But what if we could have predicted the property crash? And not in broad “something bad is coming” terms, but in actual real time, whereby even steep drops could be accurately predicted a year and more in advance?
