Harvey, the industrial property specialist, sold and then subsequently secured the letting of a modern, high-quality, business unit in the prestigious Magna Business Park in Citywest in Dublin.

Thermodial, the long-established heating, ventilation and air-conditioning experts, acquired the unit, on a long-term lease as their new headquarters, and were represented by Arthur Ryan Property Consultants.
