Private investor believed to have agreed deal for buildings in Dublin 1 and 7
One of Ireland’s major property investment companies, Tetrarch Capital, has completed the sale of its Harp Portfolio of four Dublin city centre office properties. A private Irish investor is believed to have agreed a deal for around €27 million for the office buildings located within Dublin 1 and 7 and include 48-49 North Brunswick Street, 31-35 Bow Street, 89-94 Capel Street and 16-22 Green Street.
