A new report from property website Daft.ie could intensify the debate about whetheronline accommodation services such as Airbnb are affecting the housing market.

The Daft.ie research finds that half of all available rental properties in Dublin are being listed as short-term tourist lets. The website said that, as of yesterday, 53 per cent of homes in the Dublin rental market were not available to long-term tenants.
